Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached
- Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear
- Not marked as a final sale item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@huntandharbor.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization
- Pack your item(s) securely and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Hunt & Harbor error (wrong item sent, defective product).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We're happy to help you exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at hello@huntandharbor.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. We'll confirm availability and provide exchange instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@huntandharbor.com with photos of the damage. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a return and send the correct item as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
