Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. During high-volume periods (holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and customs processing.

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after you receive the shipping confirmation.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Hunt & Harbor is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure delivery by major holidays, we recommend placing your order by the following dates:

  • Christmas (December 25): Order by December 15 for standard US shipping
  • International orders should be placed at least 4 weeks before the desired delivery date

Holiday deadlines are estimates. We strongly recommend ordering early during peak seasons.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or was damaged in transit, please contact us at support@huntandharbor.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been processed. Hunt & Harbor is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
